At Leighway Consulting, we offer flexible pricing to suit your needs. For non-retained clients, our hourly rate is £35 per hour. Most of our ongoing support is provided through retainer packages, tailored to give you consistent, reliable help.

If your support needs are straightforward, we also offer standard packages that you can purchase right away, without an introductory call, just click the package you’d like to purchase and complete the form. We will then forward on you a contract and appoint you a business support assistant.

Pricing

  • We can help you on an ad-hoc basis, however the smallest amount of hours we are able to accept is 10 per month due to availability.

  • Our introductory calls are the best place to get started with this, we will dive into where you’re currently at and what is taking up most of your time. We will then align what support we can offer based on your current and future needs.

  • Once you’re onboarded, you’ll be matched with a dedicated assistant who will become familiar with your business, systems, and ways of working. Support is delivered remotely, with clear communication and processes in place to ensure consistency and efficiency.

  • Yes, you will be assigned a dedicated Business Support Assistant to ensure continuity and a strong understanding of your business. This allows for a more efficient and personalised level of support over time.

  • If you choose a standard package, you can get started quickly without an initial call. For more tailored support, we’ll begin with a short consultation to understand your needs before onboarding you and assigning your assistant.

  • All work is overseen by Leighway Consulting, with clear processes, communication, and quality control in place. We focus on building long-term working relationships, so consistency and reliability are key to how we operate.

For our Fractional COO (FCOO) services, all engagements are bespoke and tailored to your business needs, stage of growth, and scope of work. Whether you require a focused 90-day project, a comprehensive operational audit, or ongoing strategic partnership, we build a package that aligns with your objectives and delivers measurable impact.

For businesses seeking immediate, high-level support, we offer an Ops Day, a dedicated full day of intensive operational focus designed to address key challenges, refine systems, and create clear next steps. Investment for an Ops Day starts from £500 / $650.

For longer-term or more complex engagements, investment is determined following an initial consultation, allowing us to fully understand your requirements and recommend the most effective level of support.

  • All FCOO engagements are personally led by Ashleigh Myers, Founder & CEO. You will work directly with Ashleigh as your operational lead, with additional team support brought in where needed to assist with execution. Ashleigh retains full oversight to ensure consistency, quality, and results.
