Hi, I’m Ashleigh Myers, Founder & CEO of Leighway Consulting.

I founded Leighway Consulting to support business owners and entrepreneurs who are ready to grow but need the right operational structure and support in place to do so sustainably. As businesses scale, it becomes increasingly difficult and inefficient to manage every function alone.

In addition to leading the company, I work closely with a select number of clients as a Fractional Chief Operating Officer (FCOO). In this capacity, I partner with founders on a 1 to 1 basis as their operational lead, overseeing day-to-day operations, improving efficiency, streamlining systems, and conducting in-depth audits to identify what is working, what is not, and where opportunities for growth lie. My role is to ensure the business operates effectively behind the scenes and to translate strategic vision into clear, executable plans.

My background spans business operations, team leadership, sales, marketing, and project and event management, allowing me to take a holistic and commercially focused approach to scaling businesses.

Based near Leeds in the UK, I work with clients internationally and value building long-term partnerships with founders who are committed to sustainable growth and strong operational foundations.
